NON-EMERGENCY MEDICAL TRANSPORTATION
Unique Services Logistics Transportation, a branch of Unique Services, LLC, provides the following types of passenger transportation:
HOURS OF SERVICE
- Ambulatory
- Long distance
- Residential service
- Weekend service
- Employer contracted services
- Group Shuttle

HOURS OF SERVICE
- Regular hours of operations are from 6:00am to 7:00pm. Monday thru Sunday.
- We have dispatch operators answering our phones 24 hours a day
- We have on call drivers available from 7:00pm to 6:00am and we can accommodate a pick up within 15 minutes of a call for this pilot program.
OUR DRIVERS
Unique Services Logistics Transportation follows guidelines as issued by all regulatory and compliance agencies. We follow their driver screening processes, reporting requirements and also adhere to their policies and procedures.
Drivers must meet the below mentioned requirements in order for drivers to work for us:
FLEET MANAGEMENT
Our Operations Team is in charge of ensuring that our vehicles are maintained and serviced.
WHEELCHAIR VANS
We have handicap accessible vehicles and they are able to accommodate one to three wheelchairs passengers. Our vehicles are in compliance with the Americans With Disabilities Act and applicable regulatory agency requirements.
Our vehicles are equipped with rear heat and air conditioning, back up alarms, with rubberized wheelchair flooring.
MONITORING
Safety is a priority for us and as a result, we anticipate installing video cameras into our vehicles. This will allow us to monitor our daily driver and passenger transport activities.
PHONES
All of our drivers are required to carry our Verizon Wireless smart phones for constant two way communication with our dispatching center.
TRACKING MECHANISM
Unique Services Logistics Transportation invests in safety by installing vehicle tracking systems in every vehicle. This allows us to monitor idle times, vehicle speeds, vehicle locations and other on board activities. Vehicle reports are simply at our fingertips. This allows us the ability to increase safety and awareness for our drivers, internal staff and passengers.

We are proud to say that we go a long way to ensure that both our internal and external customers are satisfied with the services that we provide. We operate from a three tier approach and we make sure that;
